Security is critical when handling insurance data. Brokernote is built with enterprise-grade security standards.

Secure Infrastructure

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (when you upload it) and at rest (while it is being processed).
• Cloud Storage: We use secure, enterprise-grade cloud storage solutions.
• Isolation: Your data is processed in isolated environments. This ensures there is zero risk of data "leaking" between different clients or organisations.

Data Retention Policy

We believe your data is yours. We do not keep it longer than necessary.

• Transient Processing: Brokernote is a "processor", not a "store". We only hold the file long enough for you to convert and download it.
• Automatic Deletion: All files are permanently deleted from our servers automatically after a maximum of 48 hours (typically within 24 hours).
• Immediate Deletion: You can delete a file immediately from our servers by clicking the 'X' icon on the file in the uploader, or by clicking 'Clear Form'.

Authentication

We use secure, industry-standard authentication (Single Sign-On or Secure Email) to ensure only authorised personnel can access your brokerage's account.
