How do I get references for the answers?
Ask for them in your prompt, e.g. "Quote the clause and give the page number" or "Link the source." Answers from the Knowledge Base or the web can include clickable links to the source. See Sources, References & Web Search.
Can the Assistant be wrong?
Yes. AI can misread a document, miss a sub-limit or state something confidently that isn't right. Check key facts such as limits, excesses, exclusions, dates and premiums against the source document.
Why did I get a different answer to the same question?
AI responses vary a little each time. Add more context and structure to your prompt for more consistent answers, or use a Routine.
The answer ended with "Response truncated". What happened?
The answer was unusually long and was cut off. Ask a narrower question, or split the task, e.g. compare sections 1–3 first, then 4–6.
How do I copy an answer into an email or my broking system?
Click the copy button under the response. It keeps the formatting (headings, bullets, tables).
Can I get the answer as a Word, Excel or PDF file?
Yes. Ask: "Create a Word document of this" or "Export this table to Excel." See Generating Word, Excel & PDF Documents.
