Licensing Errors

"Organisation needs subscription"

  • Cause: Your organisation does not have an active billing plan, or the payment method has failed.
  • Fix: Contact your Organisation Admin. They need to go to the Licensing page and update the subscription.

"User needs seat"

  • Cause: Your organisation does have a subscription, but you personally have not been assigned one of the available seats.
  • Fix: Contact your Organisation Admin. They need to toggle "On" the license for your user account in the Dashboard.

Formatting Issues

Table cut off on the right side?

This is a standard "wide table" issue.

  • Fix 1: In the Review preview, find the table and click Reduce Font.
  • Fix 2: If it's still too wide, click Transpose Table.

Wrong Font or Colour?

  • Cause: You might be trying to set personal preferences, but your Organisation has enforced strict branding settings.
  • Fix: Check with your Admin. If "Organisation Settings" are active, they override all personal choices to ensuring company consistency.

Data Retention

  • Note: Files are deleted immediately when you click the 'X' on the file or click Clear Form. Refreshing the page does not instantly delete the file from the server (though it will expire within 48h).
