The Brokernote AI Assistant is a chat assistant built for insurance brokers. You can ask it questions, give it policy documents to read, and have it draft client-ready work such as policy summaries, comparisons, claim submissions and emails.
What you can do with the AI Assistant
- Ask questions about documents: attach schedules, PDSs, wordings, quotes, claim forms or emails and ask about them in plain English.
- Compare policies and wordings side by side.
- Draft correspondence to clients, insurers and underwriters.
- Run Routines: guided, step-by-step workflows for common broking tasks such as Policy Comparison, Claim Advocacy and Policy Transfer.
- Search your organisation's Knowledge Base: documents your admin has uploaded, such as preferred wordings, underwriting guides and internal procedures.
- Create documents you can download as Word, Excel or PDF.
- Write in your firm's voice using a custom Tone of Voice.
- Look up current information online and link to its sources.
What the AI Assistant does not do
- It doesn't bind cover, lodge claims or send emails for you.
- It doesn't replace your professional judgement. Always review its output before you send anything to a client or insurer.
