Inviting Users & Managing Seats

Grow your team by inviting colleagues to your Brokernote organisation.

Inviting Team Members

Org Admins can invite new users:

  1. Click the Organisation button at the top of the side menu.
  2. Enter the colleague's Email Address in the popover.
  3. Click Invite. The user will receive an email with a link to join your organisation.

Auto-Licensing

We've made onboarding easy. When a new user accepts an invitation and joins your organisation:

  • If you have available seats: The system automatically assigns them a license. They can start using the Reformatter immediately.
  • If no seats are available: They will join as a Member but will not be able to access premium tools until you purchase more seats or free up an existing one.

Manual Seat Management

Org Admins have full control over who uses a license.

  1. Navigate to the Licensing page.
  2. In the "Users" list, you will see a toggle switch next to each name.
  3. Toggle ON to assign a license (consumes 1 seat).
  4. Toggle OFF to remove a license (frees up 1 seat). This effective for managing staff turnover or reallocating resources purely to those who need them.
