You have full control over your billing and subscription details via our secure customer portal.
Accessing the Portal
- Navigate to the Licensing page.
- Click the Manage Subscription button.
- You will be securely redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.
What You Can Do
- View Invoices: Download past invoices for your records.
- Update Payment Methods: Change your credit card or billing details.
- Manage Licenses: Adjust the number of licenses (seats) associated with your subscription.
- Change Plans: Upgrade or downgrade your seat count or switch between monthly/annual billing cycles.
- Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time. access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
