Subscription Management

You have full control over your billing and subscription details via our secure customer portal.

Accessing the Portal

1. Navigate to the Licensing page.
2. Click the Manage Subscription button.
3. You will be securely redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.

What You Can Do

• View Invoices: Download past invoices for your records.
• Update Payment Methods: Change your credit card or billing details.
• Manage Licenses: Adjust the number of licenses (seats) associated with your subscription.
• Change Plans: Upgrade or downgrade your seat count or switch between monthly/annual billing cycles.
• Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time. access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
