These settings control the "base" look of your document.

Font Face

Choose the primary font family for your document.

  • Options: Standard web-safe fonts like Arial, Helvetica, Times New Roman, Calibri, etc.
  • Note: Using standard fonts ensures the document looks the same on every computer.

Base Font Size

This sets the size of the "Body Text"—the standard paragraphs in your document.

  • Standard: Usually 10pt or 11pt.

Font Colour

Sets the default colour for text.

  • You could use a dark grey (e.g., hex #333333) rather than pure black (#000000) for a softer, more modern professional look.
