Reviewing Output

While Brokernote's AI and formatting logic are highly advanced, insurance documents are notoriously inconsistent. For this reason, the Review stage is critical.

Why Review?

• Accuracy: Ensure that no critical data (like a policy exclusion or a specific sub-limit) has been missed or misformatted.
• Layout: Check for wide tables that might be cut off and apply corrections (Reduce Font / Transpose) before exporting.
• Professionalism: Ensure the final look aligns with your expectations before it reaches the client.

Best Practice

1. Scroll through the entire preview window.
2. Check the first and last pages specifically, as these often contain unique headers or disclaimers.
3. If you see an issue, apply a fix (like Transpose Table) and check the preview again.
4. Only export once you are satisfied with the preview.
