Behaviour settings control how the Schedule Reformatter interprets and processes your documents.

Table Corrections

This setting controls how the system fixes "wide tables".

  • None: Do nothing.
  • Transpose: Automatically convert wide rows into list format.
  • Reduce Font Size: Shrink text size to fit.
  • Reduce Font Then Transpose: Try shrinking first, if this would exceed the minimum font size, then transpose instead.
  • User Choice: Let you manually choose the action in the preview.

Flatten Headings

  • What it does: It smartly adjusts the hierarchy of headings across the document to be more consistent.
  • Trade-off: While it creates consistency, you may lose some depth in the document structure (e.g. H3s becoming H2s where you didn't intend).
  • RecommendationLeave this OFF. Preserving the natural hierarchy of the document usually results in a much better, easier-to-read layout.
