Exporting Your Documents

Brokernote offers flexible export options depending on your brokerage's workflow.

Exporting for INSIGHT (Download Word)

If you use the INSIGHT system, or simply need a standalone Word document to email to a client:

1. Complete the review process.
2. Click the Download Word button.
3. A .docx file will be saved to your computer. This file is a standard Word document. You can open it, make further manual edits if needed, save it to your document management system, or attach it directly to an email.

Exporting for WinBEAT

If you use WinBEAT (or a similar broking system) for your client notes:

1. Complete the review process.
2. Click the Copy for WinBEAT button.
3. Calculated content is copied to your clipboard.
   • Tip: You can also manually select text in the preview window and copy it if this mode is enabled.
4. Open your WinBEAT system.
5. Press Ctrl+V (Paste). The content will appear with formatting that is optimised for the WinBEAT environment.
